Also featuring names such as Ross Brawn OBE, Norman Dewis, Sir John Egan and Ant Anstead, the Interview Stage is the ideal place to put your questions to some of the most influential and iconic people in the motorsport, automotive and classic car industries.
David commented: “I am really excited to be attending the first Classic & Sports Car – The London Show on Saturday because the name Brabham has so much history in motorsport, I just have to be there.
“As I have got older I appreciate the history and the beautiful cars that graced race tracks around the world. Of course many classic road cars were inspired by race cars on the track and vice versa, so I am looking forward to seeing them all. I also look forward to talking on stage with Henry Hope-Frost about the history of Brabham and how we are bringing the iconic Brabham name back to racing.”
The centerpiece of the Classic & Sports Car – The London show will be a once-in-a-lifetime display of 10 of the best British cars ever, presented in partnership with Autoglym. This incredible display will feature the Austin Seven, McLaren F1, Jaguar XKSS, and Mini Cooper ‘S’. With a combined value of over £30 million, the display is the result of a six-month effort masterminded by Classic & Sports Car and Autoglym. The all-time best British car ever will also be unveiled.
Eight of the most iconic Aston Martin cars will be displayed including the oldest A3 in existence. Alongside this will sit cars such as the incredibly rare DB MkIII, V8, DB7, Vanquish, Silver Birch DB5 and the new DB9GT.
Another highlight is sure to be the selection of historically important British single-seaters driven by Sir Stirling Moss, including the Cooper MkIV, Lotus 18, Ferguson P99, BRM P25 and Vanwall VW4.
