The sad passing of Sir Jack Brabham earlier this week was felt at the FIA Formula 1 Grand Prix in Monaco this weekend. The Principality was where ‘Black Jack’ took his first major championship win outside of Australia 55 years ago this month, paving the way to his first of three World Championship titles. Current F1 stars Sebastian Vettel, Jenson Button, Lewis Hamilton, Fernando Alonso and Kimi Raikkonen were among the drivers to pay tribute to the legendary driver and engineer.

Matthew Brabham drove a flawless race today (Friday) to win his first Indy Lights presented by Coopers Tires race at the famed Indianapolis Motor Speedway Road Course. Driving his MAZDASPEED, United Fiber & Data #83, Brabs led from start to finish in tricky, drying conditions.
